“Rena Ware del Peru SA is a subsidiary of a North American company with over 45 years of operations in Peru. In 2008 it was decided to build our own headquarters in Lima – Peru for which we acquired a land at Av. Jorge Basadre, San Isidro, of 820 square meters. For the construction of this building we asked for several proposals to different architectural and engineering firms being selected the company Cubico S.A. for their very modern and functional projects. Work began in February 2009 finishing the work in November of that year, and we occupied the building next month.
The project includes a basement and three floors with a total area of 1,800 square meters. We are occupying these offices since the past two and half years and I must honestly say that we are very pleased and proud of our building. Both the construction and the finishes are functional and top quality.
Certainly, if we later build an additional construction we would not hesitate to hire Cubico S.A. and its Executive Chairman, Arq. Carlos Bebin with whom was a real pleasure to work.
